Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Headway is seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in Wyoming, Wyoming County. This is a full-time position where you'll provide direct clinical services to clients seeking couples, family, and individual therapy, while building a sustainable private practice through our comprehensive platform and support system.

About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Headway, you'll work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and mental health concerns. You'll maintain your own clinical caseload while leveraging Headway's platform to streamline practice management, insurance credentialing, and client billing—allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering quality care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct evidence-based therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals in a professional clinical setting
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to client needs and goals
• Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation and progress notes
• Manage a caseload while accepting insurance-covered clients through Headway's credentialing support
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals when appropriate for client referrals and continuity of care
• Stay current with clinical best practices and continuing education requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid, active LMFT license in Wyoming
• Strong clinical experience with couples, families, or individuals
• Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
• Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
• Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Comfort with practice management software and electronic health records

Compensation

Headway offers competitive rates up to $110 per hour, depending on your experience and credentials.
