Position Summary

New Covenant Church, a close-knit congregation in Lampasas, Texas, is hiring a full-time Ministry Resident to contribute meaningfully to our church's spiritual mission. Working directly with our pastoral team and senior pastor, you'll gain practical experience across multiple ministry areas while growing in both character and leadership competency. This position may emphasize student ministry, children's ministry, worship leadership, or a blend of these, depending on your strengths and our immediate needs.

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with church leadership and the senior pastor to design, plan, and execute ministry programs
• Shepherd and mentor individuals across various age groups and life stages
• Contribute to Sunday worship and weekly ministry events with full participation
• Lead age-appropriate discipleship initiatives, particularly in student or kids ministry
• Support the overall vision and mission of New Covenant Church through collaborative teamwork
