Christ Fellowship is seeking a dedicated Kids Ministry Assistant to join our team in Jupiter, Palm Beach County. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on children's faith development while supporting our vibrant kids ministry programs.
About the Role
This is a 20-hour-per-week, part-time hourly position serving the Christ Fellowship kids ministry. You'll be instrumental in creating a welcoming, engaging environment for children while providing essential operational and volunteer support to our ministry teams.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, orient, and support volunteer team members to ensure they feel confident and equipped in their roles
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of curriculum, materials, and resources for weekend programming
- Assist with age-appropriate activity setup, execution, and teardown
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming space for children and families
- Support communication between ministry leadership and volunteer teams
- Contribute to the overall planning and execution of kids ministry events and initiatives
