About the Role
As a Store Associate you will be the friendly face that greets customers, helps them find the right products, and ensures the shopping environment stays tidy and welcoming. What You'll Do
- Welcome shoppers, answer questions about products and services, and provide personalized recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the floor clean and hazard‑free
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving shipments, and flag low‑stock items for replenishment
- Follow company safety and security procedures, including opening/closing checks and loss‑prevention practices
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and participate in store‑wide promotional events
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers
- Basic math ability and comfort handling money and electronic payments
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced setting
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift modest weights when restocking merchandise
- Previous retail or customer‑service experience is a plus but not required
