LifeStance Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Social Worker—Clinical (LSCSW), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) to deliver compassionate mental health services in Topeka, Shawnee County. This is a full-time position focused on evidence-based counseling and therapeutic care for individuals and families in our community.

About the Role

As a licensed clinical counselor with LifeStance Health in Topeka, you'll provide direct mental health services to clients navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. This role combines your clinical expertise with our mission to make quality mental healthcare more accessible and affordable for the patients we serve.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse client populations
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based counseling modalities
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support integrated behavioral health care
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting therapeutic interventions based on clinical outcomes
• Engage in clinical supervision and professional development to maintain clinical competence

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), or Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) in Kansas
• Demonstrated experience providing mental health counseling and therapy services
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and client-centered care
• Professional manner and ability to work collaboratively within a team
