Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
• Complete comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress
• Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated care
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to client-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
