Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience providing transactional or contracting legal support, ideally within healthcare, pharmacy, or PBM settings.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• Capacity to advise senior leaders and communicate effectively across the business.
