About the Role

You'll lead one of our three core program areas as a full-time staff member, bringing your passion for youth development, activity facilitation, and team management to our thriving overnight camp community. This position offers hands-on leadership experience, professional growth, and the opportunity to directly impact campers throughout the summer season.

What You'll Do

• Direct programming and mentor staff in your assigned area: Athletics, Creative Arts, or General Camp Operations
• Design and execute engaging activities that build confidence, teamwork, and skill development
• Supervise and train counselors and activity specialists within your department
• Ensure program quality, camper safety, and alignment with camp values and standards
• Contribute to the overall camp community through collaborative leadership and positive culture

What We're Looking For

• Age 21 or older with a passion for working with children and teenagers
• Interest in athletics coaching, creative arts instruction, camp operations, or youth program management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Reliability, maturity, and commitment to creating a safe, inclusive camp environment
