Position Summary

As a Benefits Enrollment Consultant, you'll be the trusted advisor helping clients understand supplemental benefit options and make informed coverage decisions. Working remotely, you'll conduct consultations, explain plan features with clarity, address client questions, and guide families through the enrollment process. This role is central to our mission of making financial protection accessible and affordable for working families who need it most.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to identify their financial protection needs and goals
• Present supplemental benefit plans in clear, compelling language tailored to each client's situation
• Answer detailed questions about coverage options, eligibility requirements, rates, and policy terms
• Guide clients through the enrollment process with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions and enrollment activities
