About the Role

You'll lead the product strategy and execution for UpToDate Growth initiatives, working at the intersection of clinical medicine and technology. This full-time position puts you at the center of a mission to build products that physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare organizations trust and adopt. You'll drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing engagement by partnering across clinical advisors, engineering, research, and design teams to translate real healthcare challenges into elegant product solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the product roadmap and strategy for UpToDate Growth, balancing innovation with measurable clinical impact
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle—from research and requirements through launch and optimization
• Conduct research with healthcare users to understand workflow constraints, clinical needs, and adoption barriers
• Define product specifications and prioritize features based on clinical value and user demand
• Drive adoption and engagement metrics by identifying and removing friction from the user experience
• Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to clinical leadership, engineering leadership, and executive stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years leading products in healthcare technology, medical software, or complex enterprise applications
• Strong technical literacy and proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Track record of successfully launching products and driving user adoption at scale
• Experience conducting user research and translating clinical workflows into product decisions
• Leadership capability with influence across multiple functions and organizational levels
• Passion for healthcare and commitment to understanding how technology improves clinical practice and patient safety
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
