About the Role

As Office & Facilities Coordinator for our Michigan data center, you'll be essential to our operational infrastructure. Your work ensures this cutting-edge facility runs smoothly, supporting the administrative and coordination functions that keep Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) performing at peak efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional facilities management and coordinate the services that power a world-class data center.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative support for data center operations and OCI teams
• Manage facilities coordination including space utilization, access control, and building services
• Support vendor management and scheduling of maintenance and facility services
• Maintain facility documentation, records, and operational compliance materials
• Process facility requests and coordinate timely resolution with appropriate departments
• Assist with resource allocation and operational planning initiatives
• Foster a safe, organized, and efficient work environment for all personnel
