The Opportunity

This position serves as a senior program scheduling professional responsible for supporting Tier One Programs through planning, scheduling, analysis, and reporting activities. The role provides direct program support for schedule development and maintenance, change control activities, customer deliverables, baseline review support, and cost and schedule integration within an Earned Value Management framework.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for complex programs
• Support change control processes to ensure timely updates to the program schedule
• Provide analysis and reporting on project status, risks, and issues
• Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management principles and practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer requirements on time

What You Bring

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in program scheduling or related field
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management principles and practices
• Proven ability to develop and maintain complex schedules using project management software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
