What This Role Involves

The Senior Construction Scheduler at B.H. Inc. will be responsible for overseeing scheduling for projects of any size or complexity, ensuring stringent alignment with BHI's scheduling standards, analyzing schedule health and risks, and safeguarding the company against schedule-related profit losses and claims.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely completion and adherence to BHI’s standards
• Analyze schedule health and identify potential risks to project timelines
• Ensure all projects are scheduled in accordance with contractual requirements and company policies
• Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, and clients regarding schedules and any necessary adjustments
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle P… tools
• Monitor progress against the schedule to identify and address delays or issues promptly

Requirements

• Expert-level background in Oracle Primavera scheduling software
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Construction Scheduler, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior schedulers
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and ensuring schedule compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
