About This Position

Valiant Enterprises is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance professional to direct the comprehensive maintenance program at our Ascent North residential community. As Lead Maintenance, you'll report to the Community Manager and take charge of all property upkeep, hands-on repairs, and make-ready operations. Your Responsibilities

• Lead and perform all property maintenance and repair work under the Community Manager's direction
• Execute repairs within resident apartments, responding to maintenance requests professionally and promptly
• Oversee make-ready operations to prepare vacant units for incoming residents
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials usage
• Handle emergency maintenance situations and coordinate with specialized contractors as needed

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in lead maintenance or supervisory maintenance roles
• Strong technical knowledge of residential systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple maintenance requests
• Ability to work independently while taking direction from management
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Professional communication skills and dedication to resident satisfaction
