The Opportunity

As Director of Revenue at Legora, you'll own the commercial growth engine for a company redefining legal work through AI-powered collaboration. You'll lead across all revenue-generating functions, building scalable systems that align sales, customer success, and product to maximize lifetime value and market impact. This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution, and your ability to forecast, forecast, and adapt shapes the company's trajectory in the legal technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategy, including pricing models, go-to-market approaches, and customer acquisition pathways
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing revenue teams across sales and customer success functions
• Establish revenue targets, track performance metrics, and refine operations based on market data and customer feedback
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between revenue, product, and delivery teams to ensure customer success and retention
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities within the legal technology sector
• Manage budget allocation and ensure profitable growth across all revenue channels

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of revenue leadership experience, ideally including SaaS, software, or professional services environments
• Demonstrated success building and leading revenue teams from the ground up
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, forecast accurately, and optimize for growth
• Excellent strategic and tactical execution capabilities
• Experience in B2B technology sales or familiarity with the legal services market is a plus
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
