About the Role

As the Lead Maintenance technician for Villas of Vista Ridge, you will oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the property while reporting directly to the Community Manager. Your work ensures residents enjoy comfortable, well-maintained homes and that vacant units are turned quickly and to a high standard. This is a full-time, on-location position based in the Coppell and Dallas market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the overall maintenance of the apartment community under the guidance of the Community Manager.
• Complete repairs inside resident apartments promptly, courteously, and to a professional finish.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents by handling make-ready tasks such as repairs, touch-ups, and inspections.
• Respond to service requests and address routine and emergency maintenance needs across the property.
• Help maintain a clean, secure, and well-functioning living environment for all residents.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in property, apartment, or facilities maintenance.
• Working knowledge of common repair trades, including plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general carpentry tasks.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage maintenance work in a multi-unit residential setting.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and alongside an on-site team.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with the Community Manager and serving residents professionally.
