About the Role

As a Senior Test Delivery Lead, you will hold program-level leadership within our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE), bridging the Test Delivery Director and the QA/Delivery Leads. You will own end-to-end testing delivery for one or more programs, converting strategic direction into practical delivery plans while ensuring execution stays true to approved scope, schedules, quality targets, and SLA/KPI commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee testing delivery across assigned programs, tracking progress, dependencies, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the SDLC.
  • Serve as the central coordination point among Test Delivery Leads, Release Test Managers, and product, development, conversion, and release teams.
  • Lead program-level RAID management, contribute to governance forums, and report program health through metrics-driven status updates.
  • Analyze execution metrics, defect trends, and SLA/KPI performance to spark corrective actions and continuous improvement.
  • Engage Test CoE shared services—automation, performance testing, environments, tooling, and test data management—to boost efficiency.
  • Support demand and capacity planning, effort estimation, and staffing alignment alongside Directors and the TMO.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in software testing with 5+ years in leadership across major healthcare/government programs, including Medicaid DDI, modernization, and CMS-compliant state implementations.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare data and HIPAA X12 transactions (270/271, 276/277, 834, 837, 999, 835) and NCPDP D.0 pharmacy claims.
  • Demonstrated leadership across SIT, E2E, regression, performance, parallel, and UAT testing.
  • Hands-on experience with ALM, Jira, Zephyr, qTest, and AI-driven functional and regression automation.
  • Strong executive communication, risk management, and cross-team alignment skills for guiding distributed teams.
