ExactCare Pharmacy, LLC is hiring a full-time Pharmacist Lead – CARE to serve as the clinical and operational expert within a pharmacy center of excellence, guiding a team that supports patients with complex, chronic care needs.
About the Role
As the Pharmacist Lead – CARE at ExactCare Pharmacy, LLC, you will act as the designated subject matter expert for your center of excellence, partnering closely with pharmacy management to strengthen department efficiency and consistency. Leading by example in a call center setting, you will help develop the capabilities of fellow pharmacists, reinforce company and department objectives, and ensure a dependable standard of work across the team. This position is open to candidates across Australia, Canada, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the go-to expert on ExactCare practices while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Apply sharp problem-solving skills to resolve patient concerns quickly and accurately.
- Coach peers on phone performance and metrics, holding the team accountable to expectations.
- Build, monitor, and follow up on pharmacist assignment schedules.
- Create, interpret, and track Salesforce reports, drawing on expertise in RX30, Salesforce, and OnBase.
- Collaborate with internal partners through strong written and verbal communication to address patient issues.
- Provide regular performance follow-up to other managers and foster open communication within the department.
- Embody the organization's core values and take on related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Active pharmacist license in your state of residence.
- Experience with pharmacist verification, ideally within ExactCare or AnewHealth centers of excellence.
- Prior management or leadership experience preferred.
- Clinical judgment expertise; familiarity with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping people.
