Valtir Llc is hiring full-time Laborers to support our Lima, Allen County manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll perform essential material handling and labor-intensive production work for our highway safety products manufacturing operation.
About the Role
As a Laborer at Valtir Llc's Lima facility, you'll be integral to keeping our production lines moving. You'll engage in the hands-on manufacturing and processing of highway safety products, working directly with materials and equipment in our production environment. This is a full-time position with consistent, ongoing work.
What You'll Do
- Continuously lift, move, and handle steel materials ranging from 5 to 75 pounds throughout your shift
- Perform material loading and unloading tasks in the manufacturing process
- Support highway safety product assembly and processing operations
- Maintain work areas and follow facility cleanliness and organization standards
- Wear and properly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work effectively in hot, cold, dirty, and noisy production environments
- Collaborate with production team members to meet operational goals and timelines
- Follow all safety protocols and report any concerns to supervisors

- Physical capability to regularly lift and carry materials up to 75 pounds
- Comfort working in varying temperatures and challenging environmental conditions
- Commitment to wearing PPE and following workplace safety procedures
- Dependable attendance and punctuality

- Basic communication skills to work safely with supervisors and coworkers
