Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative

Conduent is hiring a full-time Bilingual Spanish Call Center Customer Service Representative to join its team in Idaho, Clay County — supporting the real people behind the mission-critical programs Conduent administers for Fortune 100 companies and more than 500 government agencies nationwide.

In this position, you will serve as a direct point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking customers, handling their needs with professionalism and care. What You'll Do

• Receive and respond to inbound customer calls in both Spanish and English, addressing questions, concerns, and service requests
• Accurately document each interaction in the system of record, maintaining data integrity and compliance with program guidelines
• Identify customer needs quickly, provide clear information, and route escalations appropriately when required
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics including call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay current on program updates, policy changes, and best practices
• Represent Conduent's commitment to exceptional service on every call

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Spanish and English — spoken and written — is required for this role
• Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or related client-facing environment is strongly preferred
• Clear, professional verbal communication with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations
• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications simultaneously while maintaining an active conversation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset
