About This Position

This is a full-time role with a well-established law firm known for exceptional client service, rapid responsiveness, and consistently strong legal outcomes. The firm provides legal services across more than two dozen practice areas and is actively growing its labor and employment law division. You'll work alongside experienced attorneys, contributing to the firm's reputation for delivering sophisticated counsel on complex employment issues. This position offers a competitive salary in the range of $105,000 to $130,000 annually.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on employment law compliance, wage and hour matters, and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review employment contracts, employee handbooks, and workplace policies
• Represent clients in employment-related disputes, mediation, and administrative proceedings
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on labor law issues
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication on case status and strategy
• Develop knowledge of federal and state employment law, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and wage laws

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar license to practice law in Nebraska (or willingness to obtain it)
• Interest in or experience with labor and employment law matters
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and supporting client objectives
• Attention to detail and commitment to legal accuracy
