Kitchen & Front Counter Crew (Full Time / Part Time) - PAPERBAKES - Central, Singapore

About the Role

This role supports both back-of-house kitchen operations and front counter service in a fast-casual outlet. Responsibilities include food preparation and assembly, packing, cashiering, delivery orders, stock handling, and maintaining cleanliness.

Core Duties

• Assist with daily back-of-house kitchen operations
• Support food preparation, assembly, topping, wrapping, and packing according to Paperbakes SOP
• Prepare ingredients and assemble meals as per the standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Pack orders accurately for delivery or in-store pickup
• Cashier transactions at the front counter
• Handle deliveries efficiently and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Stock shelves, refrigerators, and other storage areas with fresh ingredients and supplies

What We're Looking For

• Experience in fast-casual or restaurant environments preferred but not mandatory
• Able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and reaching
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food preparation and packaging
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
