About the Role

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our Newberry store. You'll work in a dynamic retail environment where your energy, product knowledge, and customer-first approach drive sales and build loyalty. What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their wireless needs, recommending devices and plans tailored to their lifestyle and budget
• Demonstrate product features and functionality for the latest smartphones, tablets, and accessories
• Process transactions, activations, upgrades, and account modifications accurately and efficiently
• Explain carrier plans, coverage options, and promotional offers in clear, accessible language
• Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills
• Maintain store appearance, inventory management, and point-of-sale system standards
• Meet sales targets while prioritizing genuine customer solutions over pressure tactics

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or wireless sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse customers
• Enthusiasm for wireless technology and a genuine interest in helping people stay connected
• Reliability, punctuality, and professional demeanor in a retail setting
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems, carrier platforms, and product specifications
