As a Retail Sales Representative at our Belle Glade location, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face helping customers navigate their wireless options. Working in a fast-paced retail environment, you'll guide people through device selection, service plans, and account management while building lasting customer relationships and driving store success.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers about the latest wireless devices and service plans available through Metro by T-Mobile
- Demonstrate device features and explain plan options tailored to individual customer needs and budgets
- Complete device sales, plan activations, and account transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer customer questions about coverage, promotions, and wireless services with confidence
- Build positive customer relationships and represent Tcc Wireless Llc professionally
- Contribute to sales goals and support the overall performance of the Belle Glade store
