About This Position

Escalent is seeking an Insights Analyst to uncover meaningful patterns in market and business data, turning raw information into actionable intelligence. You'll partner with financial services clients to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive landscapes, and support data-driven strategy development. Your insights will inform critical business decisions across products, operations, and client relationships.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data from primary research, secondary sources, and internal business systems to identify trends and patterns
• Develop clear, compelling reports and visualizations that communicate findings to executive and technical stakeholders
• Conduct research on market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning within the financial services industry
• Collaborate with research and consulting teams to support client strategy and advisory projects
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to answer complex business questions and validate hypotheses
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain documentation standards across analysis workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field (economics, statistics, business, mathematics, or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced), Python, R, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools and platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with financial services, market research, or business intelligence is highly valued
