What This Role Involves

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing merchandising displays in-store. Your creativity and attention to detail will play a crucial part in attracting customers and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain eye-catching window and in-store displays.
• Ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
• Collaborate with the store management team to develop strategic visual merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and adapt displays accordingly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure displays remain neat and organized.

What We're Looking For

• A creative mindset with strong visual merchandising skills.
• Experience in retail or visual merchandising is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
