SG – Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager at Inline, you will play a pivotal role in fostering long-term relationships with our clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure client satisfaction and success, driving growth and retention. Core Duties

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, providing proactive support and guidance to ensure client success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to understand client needs and tailor our services accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all client organizations.
• Proactively identify potential issues and work with internal teams to resolve them swiftly and effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
• Experience with CRM tools and project management software is highly desirable.
