We are looking for a highly experienced HVAC professional who can troubleshoot confidently, work independently, and represent Harris Heating, Plumbing, Air & Electric with professionalism in every home.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home HVAC service calls, diagnostics, and repairs to a consistently high standard.
- Address and resolve warranty-related issues on installed heating and cooling systems.
- Build genuine rapport with homeowners and recommend the right solutions for their needs.
- Communicate clearly with customers and the install team to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Qualifications
- Substantial, proven experience as an HVAC service technician.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities across residential HVAC systems.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills and the ability to earn trust quickly.
- Reliability and the capability to manage service calls independently.
- Willingness to work on-site in and around Ellisburg, Camden County (this is not a remote role).
Compensation & Type
- Full-time position.
- Pay range of $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience.
