The Opportunity

Rural King Farm and Home Store is seeking a Human Resources Lead to join our team in Hinckley, Ohio. This role will be responsible for managing all human resources functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive work environment that supports the growth and development of our associates.

What You'll Do

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to managers and employees.
• Manage employee benefits programs and assist in the development of compensation strategies.
• Resolve employee disputes and conflicts through mediation or other appropriate methods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a retail environment.
• A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
