About the Role
Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level human resources operations and create a positive associate experience. This role partners with store leadership to support recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR compliance, training, benefits administration, performance management, and associate engagement.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support recruiting and talent acquisition efforts for the store
- Manage onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles
- Maintain positive employee relations by addressing concerns and issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, laws, and regulations
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
- Administer benefits packages for associates
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Engage in activities that foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Proven track record in talent acquisition and onboarding processes
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration tools
