What You Bring

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within a full-service HR department
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization
• Proven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• A passion for making a difference through effective human resource management
