About This Position
A well-known company in New London County is seeking an HR Generalist to join its team due to continued growth. The role will have a strong focus on payroll and benefits administration, as well as supporting a variety of HR projects and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time
- Review timesheets for accuracy and completeness
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims processing
- Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions and orientation for new hires
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role
