Responsibilities

• Prepare guest rooms by stripping linens, remaking beds with fresh sheets, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and hard floors to leave spaces fully ready for arrival
• Deep-clean and sanitise bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and showers, then restock toiletries, towels, and welcome amenities to brand standards
• Clear rubbish bins, sort waste correctly, and refresh all public corridors, lobbies, and service areas used across the group of hotels
• Inspect rooms and report any maintenance, safety, or inventory issues promptly so repairs can be arranged without delay
• Follow infection-control guidelines, use approved cleaning products safely, and maintain tidy housekeeping pantries and trolleys
• Assist colleagues with laundry folding, linen inventory checks, or turn-down service when occupancy peaks demand extra hands
• Respond courteously to guest requests for extra towels, pillows, or minor adjustments while upholding privacy and professionalism

Who We're Looking For

• Individuals who demonstrate reliability and pride in physically active hotel housekeeping work
• Prior experience as a room attendant or cleaner in hotels or similar hospitality settings is advantageous though not essential
• Strong eye for detail, time management, and the ability to follow sequential checklists without constant supervision
• Physical capability to walk, stand, bend, and lift light loads throughout a full shift while remaining energetic
• Basic communication skills for coordination with supervisors and polite interaction with international guests
• Willingness to work full-time schedules that may include early starts or weekend coverage across various hotel locations in Dubai
• Commitment to hygiene excellence and readiness to adapt to the standards of a professional group of hotels
