The Opportunity
MedCare Pediatric is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team. As part of our mission to transform lives through patient-centered care, you will play a crucial role in providing therapy directly within homes, daycares, and schools where children feel most comfortable and supported.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills, fine motor coordination, and sensory processing abilities in a home setting.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal outcomes for the children you serve.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's development.
Requirements
- A registered Occupational Therapist (OT) with a valid license to practice in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide).
- Experience working with pediatric patients, particularly those requiring home health services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with families and children.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and documentation tools.
