Your Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist people attending outpatient appointments and clinical measurement sessions, attending to practical needs and comfort.
• Prepare clinic rooms and ensure measurement equipment is clean, stocked and ready for clinical staff.
• Support the recording of routine clinical measurements and observations under appropriate direction.
• Help maintain steady patient flow through the unit while protecting privacy and dignity at all times.
• Keep the work environment tidy, hygienic and free of hazards in line with local safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, medical and allied health colleagues as an active member of the team.
• Complete accurate charting, stock checks and straightforward administrative tasks linked to the session.
• Fulfil rostered and rotating shift requirements associated with the permanent full-time contract.
