Head of Sales – Germany South

Position Summary

As Head of Sales - Germany South you will take full ownership of the regional sales agenda for Zoom while remaining remote in DEU. This full-time remote role centres on setting clear direction, elevating team performance, and securing sustainable revenue growth throughout the southern German market. You will operate independently yet stay closely aligned with wider leadership, making it an excellent fit for a seasoned sales executive who thrives on autonomy and results delivery without fixed-location constraints.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies that capture opportunities specific to the Germany South territory while working remotely
• Lead, coach and develop a distributed sales team so that collective targets for Zoom are consistently met
• Identify, pursue and close new business across southern Germany, nurturing long-term client partnerships
• Track regional pipeline health, refine forecasts and present clear status updates to senior stakeholders
• Align day-to-day sales activity with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coherent customer engagement
• Monitor competitive moves and market shifts in DEU to keep the remote sales approach sharp and relevant
• Attract, onboard and retain high-calibre sales professionals who excel in a virtual Head of Sales - Germany South structure
