Position Summary
Arcadia is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to scale our infrastructure, systems and operating model in alignment with the pace of growth. This role will own the systems, tools, and cadences that ensure consistent pipeline reviews, forecasting, and reporting across the entire commercial team. You will also lead the evaluation and recommendation of an AI-native tech stack for revenue operations.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current ecosystem of tools and technology supporting commercial and revenue operations
- Recommend optimal tech stack that is AI native, partnering closely with Product and Tech to build this system
- Act as the accountable owner of the tech stack and roadmap for revenue operations
- Run point on sales operations and forecasting cadence
- Build AI-powered operating layer (dashboards, briefings, workflow tools) providing real-time visibility and leverage across the entire commercial organization
