What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end operational assistance for all trading and investment activities
• Operate inside a high-tempo desk setting while coordinating daily with colleagues in trading, operations, finance, and engineering groups
• Oversee every stage of OTC trade capture, related reporting, and settlement workflows
• Confirm that operational procedures remain thoroughly documented, validated, and resourced
• Detect weaknesses in controls and recommend practical enhancements
• Handle requests and questions arriving from counterparties, custodians, and brokers
• Complete daily reconciliations covering trades, positions, and cash balances
• Promote careful integration of AI methods that raise team results and broader outcomes
• Apply generative AI, automation platforms, and data copilots each day to lift productivity, sharpen decisions, and improve work quality

What We're Looking For

• One to two years of operations experience covering products, systems, and technology
• A fast learner who works hard, focuses on results, acts responsibly, and brings an outgoing style paired with a solid work ethic
• Self-driven and proactive traits together with proven ability to stay accurate while meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Clear communication strengths that support teamwork and smooth collaboration across departments
• Genuine interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology
• Preferred: prior background in financial services or crypto markets
