Guest Experience Assistant (Aftersales Service Centre)

Porsche Asia Pacific is seeking a Guest Experience Assistant for our Aftersales Service Centre in Singapore. In this customer-focused role, you'll create exceptional experiences for our clients whilst managing the operational flow of our service facility.

About the Role

As a Guest Experience Assistant at our Singapore Aftersales Service Centre, you are the first point of contact for vehicle owners and guests. You play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium service standards Porsche is known for. This is a full-time position where attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism directly shape our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet clients promptly upon arrival at the service centre
• Manage service appointments and coordinate scheduling with the technical team
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding service timelines, vehicle status, and maintenance options
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, clearly explaining service plans
• Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure clients feel informed throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to maintain seamless operations
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and customer correspondence

Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent qualification
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a luxury or automotive environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
