About the Role As a Guest Experience Assistant at our Singapore Aftersales Service Centre, you are the first point of contact for vehicle owners and guests. You play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the premium service standards Porsche is known for. This is a full-time position where attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism directly shape our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
