Graduate Customer Intelligence Executive

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing analytics organisation seeking a Graduate Customer Intelligence Executive to join their London team. In this hands-on, entry-level role, you'll work directly with client accounts, turning complex data into actionable marketing recommendations.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Working across live customer accounts, becoming a trusted expert in data quality, insights, and analytical models
• Contributing to customer retention by driving action on insights and building confidence in data accuracy
• Translating data into clear, practical recommendations that guide marketing budget decisions
• Building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in customer-facing interactions
• Collaborating closely with Account Managers and specialist teams, ensuring alignment through regular updates
• Feeding customer insights back to Product teams to inform platform development
• Exploring Gen AI tools to increase team efficiency and develop modern ways of working

This position is based in London (White City) and offers exposure to senior leadership at leading retail brands. You'll quickly take on individual responsibility while receiving comprehensive training in Business Storytelling, Account Management, Market Research, and Financial Management. High performers have clear paths to advance within Customer Teams or transition to other departments aligned with their interests.
