The Opportunity
Cocoba, Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) IRVINS, a homegrown premium snack brand with global ambitions, is seeking an experienced Vice President, People to join our Leadership Team. You will own the full people agenda across our Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) HQ, manufacturing plant, retail operations, distribution centre, and international offices in the USA and China — and future markets. Leading a lean team of three, you will translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Owning the full people agenda across Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) HQ, manufacturing plant, retail operations, distribution centre, and international offices in the USA and China — and future markets
- Leading a lean team of three to translate direction into action
- Ensuring alignment with global strategy while driving local initiatives
- Managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and development programs
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
What You Bring
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in people leadership roles within a multinational environment
- Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and driving strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of global HR practices, policies, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- A proven track record of delivering results through effective leadership and collaboration
