Future Store Manager – MD, Central and Southern VA

About This Position

As a Future Store Manager at Trek, you'll be at the center of our retail mission: connecting people to bicycles and building a thriving cycling community in Central and Southern Virginia. This development-focused role is designed to accelerate your growth into store management. You'll work hands-on with our team while mastering the strategies, systems, and customer-centric practices that define Trek's retail excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with cyclists and newcomers
• Participate in scheduling, training, and mentoring retail team members
• Develop deep product knowledge across bikes, parts, and accessories
• Assist in managing inventory, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and strengthening customer loyalty
• Support community engagement and local cycling initiatives
• Progressively assume greater leadership and decision-making responsibilities
