What You'll Do

- Lead process improvement assessments and identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities
- Design implementation roadmaps for customer strategy initiatives with measurable outcomes
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to execute strategic recommendations
- Present strategic insights and business cases to senior client leadership
- Support business development efforts and strengthen client partnerships
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, economics, consulting, or related discipline
- 3+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting, customer operations, business analysis, or advisory roles
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable strategies
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
