About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, you'll be part of our guest-facing team that drives every customer experience. Whether you're greeting guests at the host stand, serving tables, bartending, or managing our to-go orders, you'll work seamlessly with your team to ensure every visit exceeds expectations—from the moment guests walk through our doors to when they leave.

What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, professional hospitality that makes guests feel valued and welcomed
• Execute first-class service with attention to detail and genuine care
• Work collaboratively across host, server, bartender, and to-go server roles as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front-of-house environment
• Build relationships with regular guests and new visitors alike
• Support the team in creating an extraordinary dining experience
