Douglasville PCA Caregiver

Atlanta/Buckhead is seeking a compassionate, reliable part-time Personal Care Attendant to support clients in Douglasville and the surrounding Hiram, Paulding County area. This role offers flexible scheduling and the meaningful opportunity to improve someone's daily quality of life through hands-on, personalized home care.

About the Role

This part-time position runs Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with compensation of $14 to $16 per hour. You'll work directly in clients' homes, providing essential personal care assistance while building trust and delivering respectful, dignified support.

What You'll Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe movement throughout their home
• Prepare light meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
• Support companionship and emotional wellbeing during time together
• Maintain a clean, organized home environment related to client care
• Document observations and communicate with supervisors about client needs
• Respond to client requests with patience, kindness, and professionalism
