Adero Hospitality Management is hiring a full-time Front Desk Agent in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County. This is an excellent opportunity to join our hospitality team and make a direct impact on every guest's experience.

Role Overview

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be our guests' primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service with warmth and professionalism. In this full-time position, you'll manage front desk operations and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. Your efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail will set the tone for memorable stays.

Core Duties

• Welcome and assist guests with courtesy and professionalism throughout their stay
• Manage check-in, check-out, and registration processes accurately
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance guest experiences
• Perform front desk operations that maintain service standards
• Communicate with guests in both English and Spanish

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry
• Bilingual proficiency: fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Basic computer skills and comfort with hotel and front desk software
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
