Join CBRE as a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst in our Redmond, Washington office. In this role, you'll take ownership of the short- and long-term financial planning process, delivering insights that drive strategic business decisions across the organization.

About the Role

As part of CBRE's Financial Planning and Analysis team, you'll combine financial rigor with strategic thinking to support the company's operational and financial goals. You'll own a portfolio of ongoing analysis projects, manage quarterly and annual financial planning cycles, and respond to complex ad hoc requests from leadership and cross-functional partners. This position sits at the intersection of finance and business operations, requiring both depth in financial modeling and breadth across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, forecasting, and budgeting across business units
• Analyze actual-to-plan variances, identify root causes, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Support annual budget development and quarterly reforecasting processes from planning through reporting and close
• Prepare executive-level financial presentations and reports that distill complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with operations, sales, and business leaders to understand drivers and develop forward-looking analyses
• Manage ad hoc financial analysis requests, timeline tracking, and reporting on key business metrics

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or accounting roles
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data accuracy
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles
