About the Role
As a Senior Health, Safety and Environment Manager, you will design, launch, and oversee comprehensive HSE programs serving medium to large-scale client operations. Reporting within CBRE's Environment, Health and Safety function, you will be the driving force behind the policies and procedures that keep employees, contractors, and neighboring communities safe. The position is based onsite in King of Prussia, PA, with regional responsibilities tied to West Chester, Chester County.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and roll out health, safety, and environmental programs tailored to client needs and site conditions.
- Develop organizational procedures that protect the workforce and surrounding communities.
- Manage compliance with applicable occupational safety and environmental standards.
- Partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to embed a strong safety culture.
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence in King of Prussia to support day-to-day HSE operations.
