About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant at our Arbutus location, you'll provide essential administrative support to our F&B operations team. This role combines attention to detail with strong organizational skills to coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication across our food service and beverage programs. You'll work directly with management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and help maintain the high standards Aramark is known for.

What You'll Do

• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, and documentation for F&B programs
• Support inventory tracking, ordering coordination, and vendor communication
• Prepare reports and maintain databases related to food service operations
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Handle correspondence and assist with event or program coordination
• Process paperwork and maintain organized filing systems
• Provide administrative support to Food & Beverage management

Compensation & Benefits
